Let’s face it, distance learning is not easy. Teaching from home is not easy. Figuring out the best digital resources that will help your students learn and have fun can be tough. Distance learning and teaching remotely is scary, stressful and sometimes confusing. Who knew that working from home would be this challenging? ( Not me!)
But, can I be honest for a second? I want to give you all a STANDING OVATION. Why? Well, you are diving head first into distance learning. As an instructional coach, I have seen teachers create Google Classrooms and get them up and running in just one day! All on their own! I have also showed teachers new and exciting extensions and applications to use to optimize distance learning.
However, as you always do, you rose to the occasion and did it. You should really be proud of yourself! Honestly, there are so many of you who learned how to fully use Google in such a short amount of time. You are amazing. Plain and simple.
Yet, while getting ready to teach remotely, it can always be time consuming to locate the best digital teaching resources to use while during distance learning. Once again, I asked a bunch of my fellow elementary Teachers Pay Teachers friends to send me their FAVORITE digital teaching resources for distance learning. We dont have all the luxury of traching kids from home because not all our kids have intetnet or a tablet at home. BELIZE is a very small third world country. So we print and distribute the work to kids.
