If you are looking for a fun brain break activity, my Valentine’s Themed Digital Would You Rather Game will get your students up and moving! I know things can seem overwhelming when it comes to technology while still making your lessons enjoyable and fun. This Digital Would You Rather Game is INTERACTIVE! Your students will love selecting their “Would Your Rather Item” on Google Slides. But there is a catch! Whichever item they select on Google Slides, it will prompt them with a brief physical activity so that they can get their little bodies moving! (Beware, some of these activities are SILLY and Valentine themed!)

Brand new this year! Use these Valentine Phonics Clip Cards as a literacy center to practice medial vowel sounds. There are 80 valentine CVC clip cards in all! Students simply use a clipper or clothespin to select the correct vowel.
Valentine Sight Word Bingo
This sight word bingo game is such a fun activity for your Valentine’s Day class party! The best part? This Valentine’s Day Sight Word Bingo came can be played digitally! This is a fun way for your students to practice and review first grade sight words. These bingo boards can be used digitally or printed out. I have included marker chips on each bingo board slide. You would need to change the share permissions with your students to “Anyone with the link can edit” so that students can move the marker chips. You can also print out the bingo boards and distribute to your students. I have also included sight word bingo calling cards. You can either use a digital tool ( that I love!) called Wheel of Names to randomly select the sight word or the Google Slides presentation that has the sight words randomly displayed on each slide. I provided a special Wheel of Names link that contains the sight word wheel to save you some time!

There are now 20 colored hearts in all. Then, select as many white hearts ( kindness act) you want and place them underneath each colored heart. Staple the colored heart on top of the white heart.Every day, you and your students will ‘reveal” that day’s random act of kindness!!
