Holiday Bulletin Boards

It’s offically time for the holiday season!  Celebrating holidays has always been a favorite of mine! As a former first grade teacher, I always wanted to create a bulletin board that stood out and wasn’t the same old thing.  I also wanted to make sure that my bulletin board had an educational writing component for my students.  It can be tough creating of a bulletin board that doesn’t focus around a specific holiday either.  I decided to create a bunch of holiday themed bulletin boards that I know you and your students will just LOVE this winter. Snowman Kindness Bulletin Board

This Snowman Bulletin Board can be used for almost anything during the winter! The students can write down acts of kindness, or why it’s ‘cool to be kind!’ This bulletin board will brighten up any classroom!  Grab yours here!

Kindness Compli-MITTENS Bulletin Board

This bulletin board is SUPER CUTE and a fun way for your students to spread kindness this season! Simply, the students will write the name of the student they wish to compliment. ( You may want to choose names randomly so that ALL are students are included. By doing this, students are thinking about positive attributes and kind things to say about their classmates.) Then, they will choose a writing sheet. There are 5 different writing sheets with various prompts. On this writing sheet, students will then write kind things about their classmate. Random Acts of Holiday Kindness
(An Interactive Bulletin Board)

This bulletin board is an amazing way to promote a positive classroom environment. This bulletin board is interactive! You and/or your students will reveal each day the random act of kindness activity. Some of these random acts can be performed in and out of school! We’re ORNA-MENT to be KIND!!  It is so important to promote kindness any way you can!  As teachers, kindness is probably one of the most important things we can teach out students!! What better way to spread kindness this holiday season than with a Holiday Kindness Craft! Next, is my Snowflake Bulletin Board ( which is one of my favorite bulletin boards!) It’s a great way to celebrate your students. Every student is unique- just like snowflakes!! It can be used at multiple grade levels. This is a great activity with an overall positive message; that every kid is special- in their own way!
