Pumpkins, pumpkins EVERYWHERE!! Your students will FALL in love with this bulletin board! This adorable pumpkin bulletin board product comes with lined cards for your students write! There are prompts on these cards as well. The best part is that there are two different bulletin board sayings and cards to use! “Welcome to our Patch” and “How to Carve a Pumpkin” are both included in this fun, fall resource for your first graders!
Apple Alphabet Letter Sort
This activity is an excellent way for your students to practice alphabet letter recognition, font/print differentiation, and sorting skills! The students will have to identify the appropriate letter within the apple basket, color, cut and paste the letters that match! There are 26 pages included. This can be used as morning work, homework, independent work, additional reinforcement, a literacy center, letter of the day, etc.

Fire Safety Worksheets
Fire Prevention Week this year is October 6th- October 12th, 2019. It is SO important to teach your students all about fire safety. This resource includes worksheets, activities, and writing pages that will keep your students engaged and informed about fire prevention. There is even a free sample of this resource available too! Fall Sentence Scramble
But wait…What is a sentence scramble? Sentence scrambles — taking a sentence and mixing up the word order — are GREAT activities for (ELL) English Language Learners. They’re also good for regular practice to use during center time. There are 8 fall themed sentences that have to be unscrambled! This really helps students with decoding, fluency, sight words and using capitals and ending punctuation! This also makes a great literacy center for the months of September and October!
Halloween Flip Book
Do your students flip for flip books? My first graders LOVED making flip books! This flip book is all about Halloween. Students will simply write about the topic that is included within each tab. (Some tabs included are: My Favorite Halloween Candy and My Halloween Costume). This fall activity will totally motivate your students to write, write, and write!! It also makes a fun literacy center or an engaging writing activity for your kiddos!
I hope your students enjoy these fall activities as much as my first graders did! There are so many ways to implement these fall resources into your classroom. Have fun!!
Happy Fall, everyone!
