This is my second year an instructional coach and I absolutely love it. If you are a teacher who loves to learn- instructional coaching is for you. A big part of my job is helping other teachers try out new strategies in their classrooms. I also host Professional Development workshops with my team of other instructional coaches in order to educate other teachers about new strategies, how to infuse technology into their lessons and best practices.
